Do not do business with this company. We are a retailer and many of our orders are stuck with these guys. In some cases, it can take 3-4 weeks for the package to get to USPS. I don't know what these people are doing or do they intend to keep customers like that. I contacted support and got a generic response. I replied to that with more questions since it was not helpful at all, and silence. Avoid at all costs.

I am not impressed. I did not know this company existed until I ordered something for my daughter on amazon. It was sent via OSM. I live approx. 500 miles from New York City. Easy two day run by semi truck. So they sent it out early Monday. I was expecting Wednesday I would have it . Nope, Thursday nothing. Friday nothing. It’s 500 miles people get it together!

I placed an order 7/3, my package was shipped 7/9 in PA, traveled through CO then NV 7/13, no updates for 5 days, and I just got a notification that my package was sent to AR and MS when the final destination is AZ, 5 damn hours away from NV and now its thousands of miles away. I tried calling to find out what was happening with my package and I got the run around, someone finally agreed to "escalate" my issues and would contact me via email to give me an update on my package, it was not a surprise when I did not hear back. This company is TRASH!!! Unresponsive, careless, and incompetent to the max, I would not be surprised if my items arrive damaged.

Just as everyone else writes: OSM is the slowest, most worthless shipping company I've ever encountered. Had the Chinese turned Covid-19 over to OSM, Wuhan would have no deaths, 2 confirmed cases and the rest of the world wouldn't have heard of Corona Virus.

Worst shipping company in the world. They take the parcel on a tour before delivering it three weeks after promised. The only reason they are in business is because they are cheap. Well, you get what you pay for.

In just 5 hours, there will be a package sitting about 20 minutes from my address for 5 days now. How hard is it to have a book passed along to the USPS facility within walking distance of the building? Heck, I could have walked there and back several dozen times by now. This is pathetic.

I've been waiting on a package that they were supposed to deliver to the Usps for final delivery and it's been "in transit" for 7 days now. Every time I contact them I get a cookie cutter response saying they do not have the tracking number in their system and that I should contact the seller instead even though I sent them a literal screenshot of the tracking status at that exact moment. They straight up lied to me about not having my package (twice!) and instead attempted to shift the blame which is completely unacceptable. Why the post office even uses this terrible company is beyond me. I still have yet to receive my package.

My package has been sitting 90 miles from my current location since APRIL 22!!!!! I have yet to reach anyone in customer service. From the comments on the company that my package is from, there are QUITE a few people not receiving their packages from One Stop Mailing.
