What a joke. My items that I needed for a conference starting tomorrow is sitting in a warehouse and has been for five days. FAIL!

A book I ordered on eBay arrived at their Aston, PA facility on Monday, Oct 26 at 6:08 am. As I write this review, it is Wednesday, Oct 28 at 8:21 pm and the book is still there. Has not left that facility. I emailed them about why the book is stuck, their employee Delaney R. responds "The delivery of your package with tracking number ######### has been interrupted with no new delivery date. Please contact the retailer for more information about this delivery interruption. Let them know you haven’t received your package. " Why would the retailer know about the delivery interruption at OSM Worldwide ???? The package with the book is in OSM's possession. Fools

Terrible service. Slow, slow, slow! I, for one, will no longer do business with any company that uses One Stop Mail to ship products.

Slowest shipping ever. From now on before I buy something online I will make sure they do not use OSM. I really hope this company goes out of business.

I ordered a parcel from Amazon UK through a 3rd party seller from the USA on the 25th July. On the 28th July I have had no update on OSM website, only saying that they are 'awaiting receipt of my parcel' now it's the 21st August and their website says the same today!!!! It is ridiculous! I contacted OSM by email, and they told me to contact the vendor on Amazon! It is just appalling. I will never ever use any company that uses OSM ever again. Totally unacceptable!

I ordered a book for a college course on 8/12. I paid double for expedited shipping, being told it would take 5-8 business days and arrive between 8/17-8/20, in time for my course on 8/24. I am now being told my book was shipped 5 days late and will not arrive until 9/3, 14 business days after shipping and 17 business days after ordering. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DECEPTIVE COMPANY!!! 2 and a half weeks late is unacceptable and not worth it for an 8 week course. Save your money. I am now having to buy from another company.

Absolutely worthless company... I bought a book on Ebay and it was picked up by "One Stop" on the 6th of Aug with a delivery date of the 14th which is today. I tried contacting the vendor and they claim that the tracking number is correct but it disappeared into One Stop's system and hasn't been seen since the 6th at 9:33 AM. I have tried contacting One Stop by email (the only way you can track according to their website) and once by phone (they didn't answer) with no results. I bought several items in the following days on Ebay from people farther away then this book was sent from and they have already arrived and were sent via USPS which is currently being sabotaged by Trump yet is still faster and more dependable than these guys...

My package has been held at OSM facility 20 miles away waiting for "USPS" for 6 weeks now. This is ridiculous.
