I have problems when companies use this shipping partner. Normally shipping through USPS it can take about 1 week to the lastest 2 weeks. However, if when they go through this shipping partner i could be waiting a month to receive packages. I am not sure if its because they are understaffed or just incompetent. With technology these days, employees don't even have to hand sort anything so why does it take so long for them to deliver anything. Worst shipping partner ever. Never use them.

This company is where packages go to die. I’m thinking the OSM stands for “Oh S—- it’s Missing.” Like the other reviews, my package has been stuck there since October with no arrival date.

They hire and fire like a bunch crazy morons. Not sure if they actually do anything. Law suits seems to be there one great passion. PLEASE leave town the country and earth ya miserable toady loozers.

My package is stuck saying arrived at shipping partner facility and it's been more than a week and still hasn't been moved and this package was supposed to be here weeks ago and still hasn't arrived so if anyone knows please let me know.

The slowest delivery time of any shipping company out there. No online retailer should be using OSM. I could have driven across 3 states and picked up my item twice in the amount of time they have left my package idle. I ABSOLUTLY HATE THAT SO MANY SELLERS ON AMAZON HAVE GONE WITH THIS WORTHLESS SHIPPER

The same thing as other said happened to me too. My package arrived at an OSM warehouse and has been stuck there for a week. They refuse to provide any response to me other than my delivery is interrupted and to reach out to the company I bought my items from. I did reach out to the company and they didnt even know my package was lost. What a terrible company. Avoid at all costs.

Like others, my package arrived at an OSM warehouse, and several days later has not moved. Arrived on 10/30, and as of today, 11/6, no update. I too got the exact same canned e-mail response as others.

Like other reviewers, my package has been held at an OSM warehouse for a week with no movement. When I emailed inquiring about its status, I got the canned response “The delivery of your package with tracking number (XXXX) has been interrupted with no new delivery date. Please contact the retailer for more information about this delivery interruption.” The tracking number says it arrived at an OSM facility six days ago, so I don’t know what information they expect the seller to give me. I understand things are not exactly normal in the world right now, and a simple “we are burdened due to COVID restrictions” or something alone those lines would have been totally fine in my book, but that doesn’t seem to be the case, especially considering the types of reviews I see here.
