this is the year 2021 why is OSM worldwide STILL using covered wagons to ship stuff.?????

My package has taken 11 days to get from Illinois to York, PA through OSM Worldwide which is strange since I live in South Carolina. It still hasn't arrived at the USPS. Have no idea when I'll receive it but it will be returned. Was a birthday gift and will not make it here in time.

I should have read the reviews before I ordered. My package I ordered with OSM is missed somewhere. Delivery strongly sucks. Do not deal with those scammers.

I wish that this rating could be on the MINUS side, i.e., -10 is what I would give OSM. This is a sham outfit and has no business whatsoever being in the shipping business. Hard to believe that the USPS, AMAZON THRIFT BOOKS, ABE BOOKS top so-called "Educated" management settled on OSM Worldwide for their "Shipping Partner" in shipping to "improve" customer service. Instead, they looked at ONLY the prospect of saving a few cents for themselves. Trying to get these huge companies to admit or even change their poor decision is an exercise in total frustration. They simply WILL NOT ADMIT their poor judgment and prior decision to go with this ridiculous "Shipping Partner." Their PRIDE and VANITY WILL PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS. So the only way to FORCE them is not to do ANY business with these companies who could give a care about their customers. That's right... VOTE WITH YOUR DOLLARS ELSEWHERE. (AND DON'T LOOK BACK FOR ANY MORE EXCUSES.)

OSM is one of "Thriftbooks'" shipping partners and always manage to take 10-12 days to get a book to me that was mailed 150 miles (and less) from my house. I think it is a ploy by T'Books to "encourage" you to upgrade to expediated shipping by using the worst partner they can find.

Should be 00000000000000000000000 stars!!!!!!!! This is the third package I have had sent from amazon using OSM. This company is the worst. These three companies, that sell through amazon, have always used ups or usps. Why are they switching????????? OSM seems to want the package to take longer!!!! Maybe congress should start using them to deliver their pork bills; that way maybe we would get less sausage from our worthless politicians!!!!!!!!

OSM doesn't seem like a legit business. I have a subscription box that started shipping with OSM. Trying to contact the company is a joke. I found only one contact number and when I tried calling it just rang and rang and then a voicemail for a woman who worked for the company popped up. Their website says there are long wait lines when you call but I didn't even have the option to wait. No live chat either just an email that I haven't heard back from. WHAT.A.JOKE. Honestly might cancel my box if they continue shipping through these clowns. Update: I emailed them about changing the delivery address (it states on their website they can intercept and change it) I received an email back saying it was taken care of. The package, in fact, was NOT sent to the new address and sat in the elements for 2 weeks (thankfully not stolen) before I was able to pick it up. I emailed them with my frustration and their response was that it isn't guaranteed that the change of address goes through (why wouldn't you tell me this in the beginning) and then started rambling about stuff I didn't even ask about. I HIGHLY suggest not using them for your shipping needs or associating with any company that uses them.

Never trust on this courier service. Their service is like garbage including courier and customer services. If your parcels are coming through this courier , you will not receive those stuff.
