TERRIBLE PASS-THE-BUCK, POORLY CONCEIVED NON-SHIPPING COMPANY
OSM Worldwide is a an almost nightmarishly inefficient and ineffective ecommerce entity that was designed without one iota of common sense. They have approximately 4 facilities to which all items designated for shipping are sent to be "presorted" . They did not divulge the name or names of the client carriers who actually bring the shipped items from the initial point to point B. Then they are sent to yet another facility to be turned over to USPS who apparently can send divert them from the so-called transfer city to another transfer city and so on until finally USPS accepts them for the last legs of the trip. This is one of the most moronic do-gooder concepts without any actual mastery or laudable performance by anyone involved with this horrible company that facilitates nightmarish shipping experiences. geh!
