I think this company is just one person doing deliveries on foot. Or it's a company that has a fetish about holding your items as long as possible in a warehouse. Purchase an item that uses this company and you'll be waiting for a very long time, with no updates.

I think I figured out this company. IMHO, I believe that it is a virtual company that really doesn't exist. How else can you run something so poorly? I think they were created as a liaison between USPS and the company that supposedly shipped your product. Heck, maybe even the company you ordered your product from is fake. After all, have you ever seen a OSM truck or legitimate facility for that matter? Think about it. This company was created as a point for plausible deniability for both USPS and whatever company you ordered from. USPS says they never received the package and the company you ordered it from says it was shipped. Perfect scam!!! In the mean time OSM shows fake points of delivery, and you never get the package. I think they hope you forget about your order and they (OSM and the company you ordered from), pocket the money without doing a thing. This is just my humble opinion, but it sure does make sense. Add me to the list of suckers who bought into this scam.

In barely over 1 month, OSM has held 3 packages. The one in August was held about 3 weeks. I received my replacement before the original. Now they have held a package for 10 days...so far. And they have another one too. Don't rely on OSM for quick service. (Austell, GA)

These people are in the business of SLOWING the MAIL. Packages are HELD for 7-10 days and then OSM blames USPS for the delay. I can see this proof on the tracking info. I have notified OSM but they DENY this is so...believe our LIES not your own eyes. OSM offers their service to HOLD UP your delivery. WHY? Is Louie DeJoy involved?

Package was shipped to LA by USPS, then handed off to this company for some reason. I live an hour from LA. They've had it for a week with no updates. The company I bought from claims shipping is 3-7 days. We're on day 10.

This package has spent 9 days in the suburbs of Chicago, I'm in Montana, who knows how long it's going to be before I get my order. OSM is a horrible joke.

this company is ridiculous. today a package shipped from Texas to Washington state via Georgia. The last time OSM Worldwide was responsible for a package it was from California and went some crazy route to Mississippi, Iowa and Michigan before they decided to actually go towards Washington State. I expect it to take several more wrong turns before gets to me. They have NO idea what they are doing. I notified the company what happened so that they could decide to stop using them. Hope they did.

How this company can call themselves a shipper/logistics company I have yet to understand. I ordered something from a seller in New Jersey. They shipped with OEM Worldwide who would then hand off to the USPS for the final leg of delivery. That package had a final delivery window of August 11-13 and OEM Worldwide made sure that the package took exactly two weeks to get from new Jersey to North Florida USPS distribution center, one day past its final delivery window date. So, USPS now has it. I think. Where it ends up is anybody's guess. How a small DVD /Blu-ray box set can take two weeks to get from New Jersey to Jacksonville, Florida is perplexing. I guess someone walked it down the Eastern Seaboard, barefoot. The seller offered to replace the item, as they figured that OEM Worldwide lost it; I am glad I didn't ask the seller to foot the bill for the shipper's incompetence. A response from OEM? Fuhgeddaboudit. The big-dog shippers are bad, but these fly-by-night-third-party-any-dude-with-a-truck shipping companies are the worst. I have yet to find one that does what they are paid to do.
