WOW, a lot of things happened to me with this courrier. I bought a CD on ebay past November 11th , the vendor send me the tracking number (everything ok so far). But since November 13th the only movement until today says: "Picked Up by Shipping Partner" , and nothing happened so far. US Ebay vendor (World of Books) you should change the company who helps you with your shipping process because this one is slower as a turtle.

Absolute dumpster fire of a shipping service/business and i use the term service very loosely. I echo all the other comments indicating the delay in shipping times and the fake updates on delivery statuses. I truly begin to hate any business that uses OSM as their delivery service. What a disaster of an operation. Can’t believe they are still operational.

I have now had 2 packages that have never arrived that were shipped via OSM. Both packages say "In Transit" but it's been months and I don't get to see the movement history for either one.

Vendors who use this service have to be aware of how bad this service is and still continue to use them. They do NOT serve in the best interest of their customers buying from them. I will never buy anything from a vendor using this outfit Again! OSM IS THE WORST OF THE WORST!

I ordered a jersey on September 26, 2021. Shipping is listed as 3-7 day delivery. I received a notice that the jersey delivery is anticipated to occur on October 6, 2021, which is more 10 days. I notice that NFL online uses a third party service called OSM Worldwide to handle shipping. They are based out of Georgia. I am in Louisiana. There is no possible way that it should take 10 days for an item to be received through USPS from Georgia. I checked tracking and it appears that OSM has had the jersey sitting at it's facility for 3 days now. It still has not been received by USPS for delivery. Very disappointing and misleading on the part of NFL Online Store.

Can you give less than one star?? they just sit on packages...are you waiting for the Package to "hatch" and hoping to get a second one that you get to keep?? SEND OUT THE PACKAGES!

This company is a JOKE. They have held several packages for weeks at a time. The package they have now has been there for 13 days. This is unacceptable. Do your job and get our packages out.

I ordered a book from Secondsale Books. The tracking number was through USPS. As you can see below, it took 12! days for OSM to deliver the book to USPS! The item was refunded to me in the meantime as "lost."
