Its been 6 days already my package has been from NJ to Tennessee to Georgia to Chicago and still haven't received it. I live an hour away. This is ridiculous!

Not I.
If I could give negative stars I would. The customer service rep was so rude, unprofessional and unacceptable. When inquiring about several packages that have been held up at their facility for almost a month, I was in shock in how this rep replied. I had previously spoken to USPS who said they had in no way received any packages from OSM. The rep flat out lied to me and blamed it on USPS and took no responsibility. Showed no empathy, and didn’t even bother to ask about the other three tracking numbers I had that were missing. How they are in business is beyond me. And the fact that this rep hung on me just goes to show the attitude and character of who OSM employees. OSM, if this is how you treat your clients, shame on you! And to claim you are aware of your multitude of negative reviews and you still conduct business this way is just pathetic.

I ordered a product on the 16th of this month. It shipped via OSM on the 17th and made it 1/2 way here by the 18th. It's now eight days later, and it hasn't budged. Tracking says "Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item," meaning that OSM still has the item and hasn't turned it over to the USPS for final delivery. Given the number of complaints I've seen online for OSM, I contacted the company I bought the product from and told them they should reconsider using OSM. If they want their customers to be happy, then quick shipping should be provided. USPS directly would have cost more... perhaps... but it would have been here in 2 to 3-days via priority mail, and UPS would have gotten it here in 3 days. It's now going on 10 days. [UPDATE]: It was delivered a few days after I posted this. Either 11 or 12 days of transit time. For an 8 oz padded envelope package. This was for an $85+ item from a niche e-commerce site selling a higher-end product. Shame on the seller for choosing to be cheap and save a few bucks on the *delivery*, arguably the most significant aspect of the customer's experience with your brand.

Why does AMAZON allow venders to use this horrible service? The order was placed for lithium batteries, 10/17/22. As of 10/24/22, the status has changed ot picked (In Chicago) up by OSM Wordlwide and has NOT YET been given to the carrier (USPS). Why does it take more than a week to give something to USPS? Why does AMAZON not provide a means to complain about a poor performance supplier?

This is the second time a package that is in Grand Prairie, Texas took weeks to deliver to my location (a 45 minute drive). According to tracking information, my package arrived on October 5 at the facility during at 11:12 am and departed the shipping partner facility the same date at 7:13 p.m. Today makes 13 days, I have been waiting for my package. I have written the company, this is freakin unbelievable. How can a company like this remain in business. I could have driven 50 plus times to Grand Prairie to pick up my package. I order another package from the same company a week ago, and received it yesterday via regular mail. Ugh!!

You have GOT to be kidding!! How is the POS company still in business??? Who runs this dumpter fire?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I seriously do not understand how something could be so late, so bad, so useless of a "service" time for a class action law suit I'd say. who's in???

I’ve had two packages lost so far. The disconnect comes from the transition from OSM Shipping to USPS. When the package is lost OSM will blame USPS. I’ve been getting shipments from USPS my entire life (thousands of packages) and they’ve only lost one. Out of the dozen I’ve had shipped by OSM they’ve lost 2 and the rest have taken almost a month to deliver while the city it is coming from is 1.5 hour drive from my house. Horrible.

OSM already brought my package into my area. Seriously can OSM not give it to USPS. Not sure where OSM plans to drive the package to. I could of driven to the city where OSM has my package at brought it home in 1hr as to traffic. Not sure why Harry’s cannot afford to simply give there shaving packages to USPS directly.
