I am in NJ. My package was picked up by OSM in NJ on 3/19/23. Now on 3/29th it’s in Glendale Heights, IL and USPS still awaits the item. Like other reviewers have said any business using OSM as their means of shipping has lost my business.

Yet another list package
Company refuses to acknowledge they should know exactly where my package is. Last update was March 16th departing Las Vegas. I live under 350 miles from there and my package still hasn't arrived. Hasn't even changed hands to USPS, yet. This is ridiculous.

Please tell me how an item sits in…
Please tell me how an item sits in their warehouse for 21 days in Los Angeles with absolutely no movement .
I refuse to order from anyone anymore who uses this as a shipping partner

Do better!
They suck at getting packages to the customer! I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’d much rather use DHL (who is slow, but not this slow). My package has been sitting for three days in Glendale Heights. Yet, says departed. Apparently OSM doesn’t know that departed is supposed to mean, gone, left, not at our facility anymore. Don’t mark it departed until it actual is. This is ridiculous!

im a fragrance connoisseur
im a fragrance connoisseur. I especially love different oils, colognes and candles from certain small companies [who will remain nameless] with warehouses on the east coast. not sure if they all use the same warehouse and sell products under different company names, but ive noticed that theyre all coming out of Niagra Falls, NY and they all use OSM as their shipping partner. once i see OSM on the tracking, i know im in for a LOOOONNNGGG wait time before i receive my purchased item. it generally takes them at least a week to pick up the package from the companies warehouse and move it to the next facility. from there, it sits for several days before it finally makes its way to the next facility. all in all, im usually waiting about 2-4 weeks for an item to get to me in california. in 1996, that would have been ok, but its 2023. lets get with the times....especially, when i always get a 2-5 day ETA on these purchases. little did i know, the 2-5 day shipping time is from when the item is handed off to USPS. thats usually 1.5-3 weeks after the purchase date. thats insane to me. ive had items shipped to me from other countries that took less time. its kind of a bummer because Its starting to deter me from purchasing fragrances from companies that use OSM as their shipping partner. id much rather spend a little more money on shipping and receive my package sooner. currently, im 8 days in, waiting on a shipment. still hasnt left the east coast yet smh get it together OSM.

Just like everyone else
Just like everyone else, apparently Grand Prairie is where packages go to die.... Thanks for losing my package and not taking responsibility for it, OSM.
I have reached out to them twice for support and gotten the same copy and pasted response both times that I should reach out to the shipper for more info.
Clearly the shipper isn't the one who lost the package since OSM had it and tracked it to Grand Prairie.
Worst shipping company ever!

If I could give this company minus…
If I could give this company minus number rating, I would. I don’t know how they stay in business. For two weeks they have promised my package is on the way, then they say it is out for delivery, then said it was sent back to vendor because there is no such address as mine, then they say it is delivered. It has NOT been delivered. I don’t know where it is and neither do they. I can’t believe How they lie.

Limbo for 20 days and counting…
Ordered a book for a class a month early. Thought I would have plenty of time to get it.
Within a few days, it was shipped to a partner facility in Grand Prairie, TX. It’s been there for 20 DAYS with no update. My class started today and I will have to order a digital version of the book instead.
