Ordered a book, OSM received it 2 weeks ago, nothing since then. The expected delivery date is today, but obviously that isn't happening. They never update, so you never know if they actually sent it along to the actual delivery service or if they lost it.

Absolutely the worst shipping company EVER!! No real tracking, just vague hints. Everything is cheap, cheap, cheap. Customer service is non-existent. If you see that a company uses OSM, you should pass and buy from another seller.

My rating is the same as almost everyone else, the tracking makes no sense at all. Half the time is just says “in transit.” Other times it is even crazier, order a book from merchant in Georgia, thinking it would be pretty quick shipping to Tennessee, but I was WRONG, the book went to Illinois first, then Texas before eventually making it to Nashville and two days later Lynchburg. Around the world in 15 days to travel what is less than a 3 hour drive.

Ordered two shirts for fathers day gifts on the 6th. Never heard of OSM before this experience but they suck. My order went from California to Texas to Nevada and I'm in albuquerque new mexico still waiting for them to figure out where that is. Probably send it overseas next. Who knows. Don't need the gifts anymore.

Package coming to Nebraska went from Ohio to Illinois to TEXAS!! What the heck! Still waiting and it’s been 7 days so far. Could have been here by now but sent to another part of the USA to sit for a couple days. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I wish that I can give them zero star. I ordered a textbook from Amazon, and the vendor uses their service. Three weeks passed, the tracking code shows "your package might be lost"...Never again with any vendor that uses this shipping company. Please avoid like a PLAGUE!

It’s taken 5 days for my shipment to go from Minnesota to Illinois. At some point it should be handed over to the USPS. God help us.
