We arranged our 3 week tour with Osiris tours. From the beginning Mahmoud quickly understood what we wanted to do and provided an excellent itinerary. With three weeks to to our trip the Arab govts decided to hold a summit and closed down the Dead Sea area we wanted to visit. We were crushed not being able to visit the Dead Sea. We asked what sounded like the impossible to do our itinerary in reverse. What seemed like the impossible Mahmoud quickly within one day made it possible changing everything. From the moment we got off the plane we were met by extremely professional and knowledgable people and guides. Everything was exactly as described and promised. The tour guides were extremely accommodating and flexible. The airline lost a bag of ours, we had given up hope for the return of the bag but the rep in Jordan didn't and managed to track it down and make all the claims for lost and damage to our bag. The sights of Jordan and Egypt were beyond imagination. The accommodations were excellent. At all times we felt safe in Jordan and Egypt. The security presence was there but were essentially babysitting tourists Not that we saw was needed. Osiris tours and the country's of Egypt and Jordan helped us check off many items on our bucket list

I traveled to Jordan not knowing what to expect, and I was amazed at how much there was to see! There's the Citadel and the bustling streets of modern Amman, the ancient Roman ruins at Jerash, views of the "Promised Land" as seen from Mount Nebo, the magnificent mosaics at Madaba, the spectacular desert canyons of Wadi Rum, the many historical and biblical sites along the "Kings Highway", and (of course) the unique sandstone city of Petra. Jordan is perhaps the safest country in the Middle East; and Mahmoud of Osiris Tours along with his partners in Jordan, Karma House Travel, did an excellent job of putting together and implementing a remarkable and unforgettable tour.

It was a flawless adventure. Osiris Tours did a magnificent job in crafting a trip of a life time for us. These countries are safe, and the smiles and hospitality were unending. We were two women traveling with our private guide and it was like a dream. Osiris Tours was such a great choice. Go.....enjoy.

Mahmoud with Osiris Tours was a very attentive and helpful when it came to planning our 11 day Egypt trip spanning over Cairo, Aswan, Abu Simbel, Luxor, and Cairo complete with a Nile River Cruise. Our itinerary was tailor made and fitted our requirement perfectly. We had knowledgeable, friendly and professional Egyptologist guides the whole way through (Hala Kamel for Giza and Cairo and Mohammed Saad for Aswan and Luxor) who answered all our questions with alacrity. We felt safe and looked after the whole way through. What was particularly impressive was our guides willingness to go above and beyond. My mum was injured during our trip and our guide sorted out the required hospital and medical care very smoothly. Needless to say, it was difficult to say farewell to the guides we grew so close to. I would highly recommend booking with Osiris!

Osiris representatives were extremely helpful in navigating the entrance visa process as well all the airport navigating, as we had several flights within Egypt. We were not only well cared for, but often experienced VIP treatment. We felt completely safe and at no time experienced any cause for worry. When we said our goodbyes to Iman and Sam, we felt as though we were saying goodbye to family!

I’ve recently had the privilege of going on a private tour of Egypt arranged by Osiris tours. I was very happy with how everything was organized and its timely execution. All of the company’s representatives were professional and performed as promised. I was met at the airport in Cairo and was escorted and taken care of every step of the way until my flight home. I would like to specifically mention my two guides, Nermeen in the Cairo area and Sam in the south. They were both fantastic and made this trip wonderful. It wouldn’t have been the same without them. My son gave this trip to Egypt as a 65th birthday present. Our guides were very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, helpful and fun. Always felt safe with our drivers and guides.
