I completed the OSHA 10 class that was supposed to be 10 hours in only 23 hours!!! It was absolutely ridiculous that they have 47 lessons, each having approximately 25 to 40 pages. Even the hand tools section (screwdrivers, hammers, wrenches, etc.) Was 40 pages. They will not let you read through the pages yourself so you can turn the pages faster and get to the quiz at the end of the lesson. You must go by the narrator's slow pace and it drives you crazy. They cut you off of the class every few hours and say you have done enough for today. If you need this class to get back to work, I would strongly recommend going another avenue cause if you read this review and still sign up for it, your going to go nuts!!!! I ended up 7.5 hrs 4 days yikes and lost 2 work days

Greg, we are very sorry it wasn't a great experience for you. However, it is a regulation from OSHA.gov that you cannot take more than 7.5 hours of training in 1 day. Terrible class! If you fail any exam, after three attempts, you flunk out of the class and loose everything! They do not make that clear when you sign up! I then went to a class, a real in person class and everyone passed the course! Lots of people who took this on line class FAILED!!!! You will spend way more time doing this on line class and will probably fail! You will certainly pass, sitting in a classroom, with a real instructor!

Don't waste your time. I had many questions answered right, okay? And the application won't recognize them as correct. So I called them and tried to fight my case and ask my money back, and the guy overseas (with a very limited knowledge about the case) said that since I purchased it more than 72 hours ago I'm out of luck. So bottom line is don't purchase it before the weekend, second test the heck out of it soon as you get it, and the third thing is don't purchase it from these guys at all. Customer service is not existing, and they do everything to not give you your money back. I guess that's the downside of having a customer service overseas.
