i paid for a class that i didnt recieve

I have 3 techs taking this course, it freezes every time we take a test

last 24 hours and consecutive 16 hours are criteria and even though I didn't get 7.5 hours in both conditions online system turn off. the website not working right

Site for down for extended hours. We lost a days salary for several employees that could not work due to inability to complete trainings due to website issues. We decided to go to a different vendor to procure better services.

•There should be a 1.5 speed button •The system is designed for the lowest aptitude people. There should be an option to “test out” of courses. If you can pass the test without watching the video what is the point of watching the video other than indoctrination?

It will not let me go past the second page I needed this done by tonight and it will not let me progress. I worked on this for 5 hours straight and with an hour of schooling left it stopped

I paid for the course and never could get logged on and never could get anyone on the line. sent emails but no response. I rate the NEGATIVE
