The company dont provide the full terms and conditions prior to purchasing. I was taking the course and fail the quiz 3 times. But no the final exam. No were on the site does it state that. ALSO they are not register with NYC Building Authority DOB at an approved training provider.

I paid $299 for the 40 hour SST training. I only got a 30 hour certificate.

Passed 3/4 of testing but got kicked out for failing one test. Shouldn't take away all time put in for correct answers. Starting over from the beginning is just wrong. A money racket.

James, thank you for your feedback. Per OSHA regulation you get 3 chances to pass each quiz. You can review any sections as many times as you like before taking the quiz. But if you fail a quiz 3 times, regulation says, you need to get a new course and start all over. I hope you understand that we are just following the rules.

It is unfair that I have to wait 6-8weeks for my osha card your company has vioce recognition and face recognition but you don't have a faster way to print an osha card I can't work until I have the physical card so my family has to struggle because of that. You charge me 325.00 at least put an opinion where we can pay for expedite osha card .this is unprofessional I am reporting ur company to the better business Bureau. Thank you for Ruin the holidays for my family

Kenwin, thank you for your feedback. We have to process the official OSHA Department of Labor card, which comes from OSHA. We clearly communicate that on our payment page that the card will take 6 to 8 weeks. Please be patient and you will get your OSHA DOL card in the mail soon. We look forward to working with you in the future.
