Cesar, We’re sorry to hear that you had a frustrating experience. We'd like to clarify a few important points regarding the course and our policies. As per OSHA regulations, each learner is given three attempts per quiz. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, the course becomes locked and must be repurchased. This policy is in place to ensure that learners are truly engaging with the material, which is critical for safety compliance. After you failed the course the first time, we provided you with a free second course as a courtesy—even though this is not required. Unfortunately, you did not pass the course on the second attempt either. That said, we understand that this can be a tough process, and we want to support you. We want to clarify that our OSHA 30-Hour course is fully OSHA-authorized and designed to be completed in 30 to 32 hours for most participants. Progress tracking is typically reliable, and issues like the ones you described are uncommon. However, we understand how frustrating it must have been to experience these difficulties.
