My experience so far with your platform is awful. I have dealt with your support through emails and two phone calls on several occasions already. Christopher has been very helpful! As someone with a decent college education and experiencing w/ computers; this construction industry training of OSHA 30 I should have completed it within 5 days. The continuous issues that I experience would not allow me to take the end of session test when I needed to. There was an issue with investigations, there was an issue with slipping fall and there was another issue last evening that I had to report.
