We had several people take the forklift test with no problem. But there are a couple tests dangling out there that we cannot access. So far no one has responded to my inquiry as to what we can do.
Response from OSHA Education CenterJun 29, 2026
Hi Justine, thank you for bringing this to our attention and we sincerely apologize for the delay in getting back to you. We completely understand how important it is for your team to complete their certifications without interruption. Your concern has been escalated internally and someone will be reaching out to you directly to resolve the access issue. We appreciate your patience!

I understand going over the osha videos but there is a lot of repetitive modules. For a work man that has very little time this course is long and that’s why they give you 160 days to complete it.
Response from OSHA Education CenterJun 26, 2026
Thank you for the candid feedback, Michael. We hear you — time is valuable, and redundancy in modules can feel frustrating for experienced professionals. We'll pass this along to our course design team. We appreciate your continued commitment to safety training!
