I ordered two XL shirts from Oromen, but both fit much smaller than standard U.S. XL sizing. The biggest issue, however, was the return process. It was unnecessarily difficult, slow, and frustrating to deal with customer service. They also do not pay for return shipping, which cost me almost $30. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that buyers be cautious before ordering, especially if sizing or returns may be an issue.

I ordered on March 22nd, after not receiving any update on the tracking for roughly over a week I send an email for an update. No word... after a few more days send and email requesting a refund and to cancel the order and no word from them. Submitted a charge back on CC and finally get an email back stating I will be receiving a refund and the order will be canceled. Well almost a month later my order arrives at my door and this company submits a counter to my CC dispute saying I didn't request the cancel in time. I requested it on the 31st of March and it didn't go into shipment until April 11th. They had plenty of time to cancel, and now I'm stuck with a charge I didn't want.

This is the second time ordering from Oromen. Their designs are what first caught my eye. People are always asking where I got my shirts from. Definitely take advantage of the buy 3 get 1 free deal. They have great customer service who respond very quickly. I highly recommend to everyone!

I love the Oromen shirt. It is striking and beautiful. Great material, great details and excellent cut/fit. I'm an Aloha shirt expert - I have so isn't vintage shirts in my collection - mostly Tori Richard and Reyn Spooner. Every once in a while I find a great new brand, which is how Oromen.
