This store is newly opened in the New Territories in Hong Kong and by walking past it with my young son they made a comment about him and that's how they lured me into the store, before I knew it (everything happened so fast) the lady was putting the eye serum on my face and she said well would you like to try the moisturiser? i thought she meant sample, they brought out both boxes and expected me to buy the things on the spot without confirming. I made my excuses and left asap. Horrible experience but thankfully I made a lucky escape.

Wish I could give a zero! conned me into buying two products that are discontinued and they don't work at all and it cost $400.00 They use excessive force to get you into their store and over talk you and try products on your face and then give you items totally different than what was demonstrated on your skin. Pay very close attention to what the end product is that you are buying. They are con artists.

Feeling very upset with my products and lack of communication from said company despite contacting them to notify them of there shortcomings. I don't mind paying significantly for good beauty products but when they arrive faulty, damaged and unusable especially when I have to pay for international charges. The least I would expect is a response from the company. I brought 4 24 carat gold body hydrating mist which out of the four have only been able to use 1 due to broken packaging in the containers which I took pictures of and sent to the company and still nothing. I'm a bit dismayed that no one can be bothered to correspond with the customers. When we pay for a quality product this is not what I expect a few hundred pounds down the drain as the liquid has leaked out due to cracks in the packaging. Which can be seen from the pictures provided.

Wish I could give zero stars, the products gave me high pigmentation and made my face darker. The red light gadget took off 90% of my eyebrows after one month of usage. I continuously complained about the results I was getting and I wanted to cancel the contract. The management isn't reaching out and it looks like no one cares, all they want is to make their money. I feel so pained and I would make sure I fight this.

Suero contorno de ojos. No hace nada. Máquina radiofrecuencias, dicen rejuvenecedora. No hace absolutamente nada.
