Orlando Medical RentalsReviews of orlandomedicalrentals.com

Although we had issues with the item we rented I feel the owner did their best to try and resolve the situation and provide alternative solutions.

Having previously rented from Orlando Medical Rentals before I had no worries about renting again. This time I rented a hoist / lift, a USA to UK battery charger adaptor and a scooter for my wife. Everything was waiting for me when we arrived apart from the scooter which could not be left at the Disney resort until first thing the next morning. It arrived as advised, fully charged, ready to go. Unfortunately the adaptor was not compatible with my charger and I risked the possibility of not being able to use my electric wheelchair and a ruined holiday. A quick call to OMR and I was told I could try the charger that came with the scooter, and if that did not work then they would send out an electric wheelchair for me to use. The charger worked and OMR delivered another to our resort so we could charge my Wheelchair and my wife's scooter every night. I was also issued a full refund for the adaptor rental. This was the first time my wife has used a scooter, but found it easy to use and it went a full day at the Disney parks and still showed full power. Thanks OMR we had a great holiday and look forward to renting again
