Orion Metal ExchangeReviews of orionmetalexchange.com

We decided to invest the money from the sale of our home in silver but didn't know anything about it , we had a precious medal company email us and were gona invest with them but it just didn't feel right so we prayed about it for direction and found Orion medal exchange and the Representative Blake was wonderful not only did he tell us all the great perks there company had to offer with free coins but they also have a Self directed IRA we can start for our future but the best part was all the money we saved because he told us the coins the the other company was trying to sell us were way over priced ALMOST Double what they were worth!! If it wasn't for the integrity of there Representative Blake and all his help we would of lost thousands of dollars!! So if you want to buy Precious Medals don't hesitate buying from Orion medal exchange and Blake won't let you down!:)

Customer Service

I was selling, not buying, and it was my first experience with that kind of transaction. Blake was very helpful and friendly. Overall a good experience.

Your whole team was excellent & provided us with a knowledgeable and pleasant experience. Daniel, Jacob and Griselda were helpful and patient to provide us (novices!) the information we needed to hopefully secure our future. The special July buying bonus was a super perk we'll be sure to tell any interested parties about. Thank you once again - God Bless you all! Bob & Sue

The staff Chris and Hannah that I have spoken and have worked with are easy and pleasant to deal with. Ericjjji

I found Jacob and Zelda to be very thorough and professional. Due to the current uncertain times, we decided to put some of our retirement funds into metals, instead of having it all in paper with ink printed on it. Gold and silver have never been worth zero, but some paper has been, and some is currently worth next to nothing. Jacob is a senior partner at Orion and not just a salesman of metals. His knowledge and years of experience will give you the confidence and the information you need to help you with the process of setting up a metal based IRA. I researched a half dozen companies and spoke with or emailed several of them. Jacob was the only one I found, who was more interested in helping me, than selling me. Call some of the other companies first, and then call Jacob, you will notice a difference. Orion is the only company that posts their prices online for everyone to see, that says a lot.

I felt comfortable with Orion Metal Exchange from the beginning. They were straightforward, honest and answered any questions that I had. They have been very helpful whenever I had any questions or if I needed to make any changes.

Great company to deal with. Griselda was very helpful and made the process of rolling a retirement fund to metals very easy. Very helpful customer service.
