I placed an order for four kits on 6/3. A few days ago, I attempted to call them to see where my order was and could not talk to anyone on the phone. So, I emailed the customer service department. Today is June 15th, and I have yet to get any kind of information/response. I wish I would've read these reviews prior to ordering. Never again!

One of the diamond set is the wrong color. Order on 15 Jan and received on 30 Jan. Checked all the diamond packs and 1 color is wrong. Instead of 6 packs of 646, we got 6 packs of 645. Send email on 31 Jan and send follow-up email on 7 Feb. But no response upto now. We gave up. Will not buy again from them.

Worst Company EVER!!! I placed a order back in the beginning of April 2020. Never received the order. I called 3x & emailed them & all I get is a form email, sating that because of COVID- 19 there are delays. I want my money back, I have no clue how I am going to get it back, Even after I sent 4 emails & begged them to CX my order.

They are horrible! I placed an order 3 months ago. Still haven’t received it. And their ‘customer service’ won’t respond to calls or emails. I can’t believe a company like this exists.

One star is the lowest I am able to give this company. I ordered my product on May 2nd and after calls, emails and a request for Paypal to step in I finally received a response - within 36 HOURS of my case closing with Paypal. I will never order from them again and I have never received such poor service that I felt the need to go public with my dissatisfaction

Absolutely terrible company. Ordered beginning of May and still received nothing. When I email them about my order I get the same automated response (and that’s when they bother to reply). Wish I’d read the reviews first. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE TOTAL FRAUDS.
