Great service with a problem
About 6 months ago, we bought a king mattress from Original Mattress Factory. We noticed it seemed a little "off" but slept on it for several months anyway. When it started causing discomfort, we contacted the company and they sent out an inspector who determined that the metal frame was bent, most likely during delivery - folded improperly to fit through a low-ceiling stairwell. OMF had the mattress picked up and later we were shown shocking pictures of just how bent the frame really was. OMF said there is no way we could have possibly bent the frame to that extent ourselves. They installed a new frame at the factory, and in less than 2 days, re-delivered the mattress to us (funny, no mattress folding needed this time). We really like our mattress, we didn't have to pay for anything to get our mattress problem corrected, and the service we received was quick, friendly and professional. We plan to shop at OMF the next time we need a mattress.
