I ordered a necklace that came broke I wanted a replacement I had reached out and they approved my return and said that they would send me another email to let me know how to return it I never got the email I did get a replacement but I had already ordered a different one so I've been trying to get a response on if I could send back the extra one I ordered but they never responded and I should have known better by the first issue that I had All they have is a AI bot that you can talk to and was never able to return the third one I'll never order from them again

This business is a pyramid scheme and the owner exploits her child on the internet

This business is an MLM. MLMs are predatory businesses known as "pyramid schemes". They're notorious for causing desperation in their sales team, individuals who may learn to be predatory and dishonest while projecting "positivity" because they feel they have to make money. While the jewelry looks okay - if you're looking for something campy - I was horrified to realize that the necklaces sold on Amazon (which is problematic in its own right, I know, but I digress) come from this company, which is an MLM. I try my very best to stay away from MLMs.
