Will ignore you when they make a mistake
Ordered an item, they sent the wrong item. Returned for a refund but they didn't refund return shipping costs despite it being their mistake. Have emailed 4 times since but no reply - in short: if you're not happy they will ignore you. 0 stars if that was an option.
