Didn't receive my package. USPS delivered to the wrong address. Still waiting..

Nephew organic is a scam
I payed $344.96 for a order and was missing few items then I go to they Facebook page get the WhatsApp number call them and talk to the guy in the videos he told me because I didn’t contact him directly he can’t give me my missing items or money back for the missing items don’t forget I ordered directly from their website that they have on they facebook page. I sent him the order number with pictures and receipts he know I ordered from his website he acknowledge that I ordered from his website but he can’t give Me a refund or my missing items don’t order online because they will send 75percent of your order and pocket the rest and tell you it’s nothing they can do please find someone else to order from they are a scam and will take your money

There was no communication whatsoever
There was no communication whatsoever. I sent 3 emails and they never replied i called 10 times never answered I do not recommend buying from here My question was how to take the product Order #12797 confirmed Sugar Support Formula

Order no-show
I ordered with shipping as "Standard shipping (6 to 8 business days)" Only when I emailed them after 10 days due to no order did they say that it just was sent to the warehouse and "We're thrilled to share that your order (number) has been successfully shipped and is making its way to our USA warehouse! 🥳" 9 days after it should have. Unfortunately, my experience ties-in with what others report.

Don't buy from these guys...it's almost…
Don't buy from these guys...it's almost 3 weeks and product is not delivered. Better go with distacart as they delivered my duplicate order within 4 days of placing an order.

Wow! I should have read the reviews... Same experience, more than three weeks for a product to be delivered (still have not received and tomorrow is my Virechena day). Just be up front...

Hated to leave the single star as it…
Hated to leave the single star as it wasn't earned. Horrible customer service. WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN. RUN unless you want the aggravation. I requested a cancellation and refund twice and was disregarded. I am now going thru my credit card for a dispute.
