Selling old (almost expired) and dirty packages
We got a package of formula that was dirty (and previously wet, as it has dirty wiping marks on the box). It also expires in 6 months. I ordered this before from a different shop and it was good for 1.5 years (when I got it) so the package I was sold here was at least on the shelf for a year and in the last 3rd of it's shelf life. IMHO it is not ok to sell that for full price (given that the box was dirty (even though the actual pouch inside was not compromised) and it was in the last 3rd of it's self life. I talked to their support and they told me that the shelf life is ok (they sell them down to 6 month of remaining shelf life) and the dirty box is ok too as the pouch inside was not impacted.

Dear Andreas, We have offered you to ship the BOX with 7½ months of shelflife back to us for store credit so you could have a new box shipped to you. You refused, meaning you wanted a free box of formula and a refund. You are a first time customer and this says a lot about your intentions! The inner pouch is perfectly intact and clean and the formula is not compromised at all and if you do not feed your child 1 box of formula in 7½ months then there is absolutely nothing we can do for you. The maximum shelflife of this product is 9 months when we receive it from the producer, as it contains probiotics and prebiotics so this 1½ years of shelflife story you are trying to tell here is made up or you have been sold an imitation and not the real formula! Thankfully we have enough happy customers that know us and confirm, here and on other rating sites, that we are a great and reliable provider of baby formula. Please do not order again from us!
