Excellent Costumer Service!
I ordered formula for an amount of $250. The shipment was in my mailbox for 3 days in Arizona summer heat (over 105 degrees). I called in to see what we could do, because apparently it was my fault to have the box left in the mailbox over the weekend! The lady offered me a full refund without any questions asked! As soon as I shipped the package back, I received a full refund. That I call an excellent costumer service!!! no less than 5 STARTS!!!

So glad we found them!!!
When searching for formula after our breastfeeding journey ended, we knew that we wanted to use a European brand given how much higher the standards are than in the US. The biggest challenge was finding a supplier in the US. We were so pleased when we found Organic Baby Food Shop. They had exactly what we needed and always provided amazing customer service. Super fast shipping and so friendly!!! Will definitely be using them again when we have #2!

Great company, great products, best customer service!
We found Organics Baby Food Shop when searching for one of the top formula brands, Lebenswert, recommended by my good friends. While initially we were just looking for the best prices (which OBFS has), what has prompted me to come back is actually the phenomenal customer service. As a new parent, there are so many questions that pop up and what really warmed me to this company is the timeliness and thoughtful responses they provided to all my questions. It’s also nice they have a rewards program for their customers too!
Response from Organic Baby Formula ShopNov 14, 2018
Thank you so much, Michael! As our company is run by real parents we absolutely understand that you might have a million questions and we are always happy to help. Warm regards, Organic Baby Food Shop
