My order arrived quickly and the packaging was top notch. The gift box is luxury and I appreciate the polishing cloth. It would have been excellent except for the shipping. Instead of bringing it to the porch as signs all over the garage and porch request, my package was left on the ground behind a garage door. I was fortunate that my housemate was gardening and spotted it before my other housemate backed over it. (That has happened to other packages). I love the ear jewelry and may likely purchase for myself or as gifts in the future.

Had to wait a little while for the order to be delivered. Very happy with it. Beautifully packed in sturdy boxes. Earrings are beautiful

The experience was great but the product needs to be longer or have longer options available. I guess my ears are larger so when I put it on the stud part does not stay in the pierced home once it is hooked on the top of my ear

I ordered the Circles and Spine Chilling ear pieces. They are beautiful and so comfortable to wear. I love them!

I have made a mistake in my order (I didn't see the steps needed for me to add a second earring so as to get it for free, and only ordered one), and I wrote to their customer service team, not expecting an answer, to be honest. To my surprise, they not only answered promptly, but they have also offered me a gift, which was a lovely surprise. The earrings came in a very nice package and are very interesting. I would definitely recommend purchasing one, if you want to stand out.

Customer service was helpful and prompt to address any concerns I had🤗, love the earrings🥰

Love the quality, pricing, style, delivery, packaging. Except one thing. I cant wear ear buds with this ear piece. Bummer....

Honestly, after finding out the jewellery wasn’t steel, especially at £30 I was a little disappointed, but they look stylish and arrived quickly. I’d just keep them away from water…
