I really like the product and the packaging, the only loss of a star is the tracking process. While I understand the value of not adding a tracking system, these days knowing you’re not scammed around the holidays is a priority and tracking is a part of that process

Good variety of styles, very reasonable if buy one, get four free! Seem good quality & fit ear neatly. Took long time to arrive, but came on last day of predicted date period.

Beautiful product though I don't think I have the best ears for some of the styles I chose. Customer service answered my questions about delivery promptly and professionally. It took a bit longer to get to me than I hoped it would and the tracking wasn't available through my phone, but I was able to see the tracking on my PC.
