Made It! Got my order, and everything was just as wonderful as I was hoping. I had a few issues with ordering and shipping, but Stephanie was very helpful at keeping me updated and making sure that my questions were answered and everything was clearly communicated. So happy when it finally arrived. I'm planning on ordering from them again when I'm ready for more.

Excellent customer service and product! I've ordered from Oreylo twice now and I love the pieces I've gotten. I now own five. I had a question about exchanging one of the items because it was a "surprise" sort of blind box but I wasn't too wild about the design. A real person got back to me almost immediately with a kind response and offer to replace it (and not needing to send the one I wanted to exchange back). I saw them on Instagram and of course wondered if it was legit, but they 100% are!

I have purchased quite a few helix hooks from Oreylo and right from the start they have been great. These hooks are truly amazing and definitely get you noticed! Ordering process was very easy. Did not have any issues ordering the items I wanted. All four ear pieces arrived earlier that I had expected and the packaging was great. No rips or tears. Loved the gift boxes that each of them came in and was very surprised about the quality of the product. I will definitely be ordering more in the future!
