Buyer beware, shipping time is outrageous and when it fails they don’t answer customer service emails. The goods never arrived and when I asked for a refund they have ignored me so my bank is getting my money back. I would think carefully before buying from this site.

I bought a few of their products a couple of months ago and was satisfied with their product, and thought they would make nice gifts for my friends. So i bought three separate orders from them to give as three separate gifts to my friends. Two orders were the same (serpents) and i ordered these separately on purpose because i wanted them to arrive in two separate gift boxes. This was more expensive than buying as a pair (since you can buy their products as a pair or on their own - i chose to buy them on their own) and i was more than happy to pay more if it meant they would arrive in separate boxes. But, they sent these two as a pair in one box so now i can't really give them as gifts. It would've cost me a lot less if i had just bought them as a pair as well. So ultimately i have paid more money for something i could've received cheaper. I have contacted them several times about this issue, but each time they've chosen to ignore me. The quality of their products is ok I guess. Shipping takes much much longer than what they promise. But they don't always send what you order, and their customer service is appalling.

Shipping was much longer than 2-6 days and the tracking information was missing. Also, it is not a 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back as advertised on the website. They will only give you your money back if the item is defective. I definitely wouldn't have purchased if I would have known that I couldn't return if they didn't work. They're much too big for my ears, and the shape doesn't work with the way my ear is pierced. Extremely disappointed

I was hoping to order two different styles today. Tried paying via Apple Pay but the transaction was declined multiple times. Eventually, my card got blocked. Fortunately, no payment was processed. I'm now fairly certain that this website is likely a scam.

Ordered two styles yesterday I thought were sets only to find out I'd orderdd singles. Went back today, during the bogo sale, to order two more of same style singles to make pairs, and two different style pairs as gifts. Credit card declined....numerous times. After 3 calls and 45 minutes on the phone with my bank, they advised merchant must be blocking the transaction because tbe bank isn't blocking it. Sent email to company asking to cancel order completely. Awaiting response but at this rate, not hopeful. They sure had no issue with taking my PayPal money yesterday. I'm sure I'll get charged a restocking fee for their technical issues processing my credit card payment.

I ordered my earrings on August 13th with shipping in 2-6 days which would have been perfect for my event I wanted to wear my earring to on August 24th. Today is August 25th and I am still waiting for me earrings. Not impressed. Hopefully when they show up they'll be worth it.

A fuir.

They were very big and strangely shaped, and the lower part broke after 3 times wearing them
