I am so disappointed and kind of angry at Oreylo. I ordered 4 earrings from them. The day I tried on the first one (snake) a few things happened. First, no matter how I manipulated the earring wire and hook (for top of ear) I could not get the piece to sit right. No matter what I did my lobe was forced in some weird direction. I couldn’t get it to sit like the photos on their site. Then the earring wire broke off making the piece unwearable. So, I reached to Oreylo via their support email address provided on their site. I heard nothing. I wrote again and yet again no one has gotten back to me. I would not trust this company or the product. I am out money and I have one broken earring and three additional ones that I have no faith or confidence in. I would not recommend this company or product to friends. I was very excited about this concept but not anymore.

Relay, the carrier that delivered my order, left it outside in a communal garden/street, so the order was lost/stolen when I came home. When I made the complaint, Stephanie from Oreylo, refused to give me a refund because apparently that is not their "policy". She only offered to re-send the order with another carrier, which I rejected because I was tired of all the mess. It did not matter what I preferred, OREYLO DID NOT REFUND. Instead I am still waiting for them to find a decent carrier, which has not happened for almost 3 weeks now. Extremely bad and limited options service. I do not recommend anyone to purchase from this seller if you want a smooth hassle free purchase.

The product is poor , a no return policy , for an earring that goes over an ear not in an ear Company a rip offf

The earrings are OK but due to the design your earlobe will stick out, maybe bending the bottom of the earring might improve the look After placing my order (late night impulse purchase) I tried to cancel the order but that was not possible even though they had not shipped. Buyer beware - make sure you want these before you buy!!!

This stuff is super poor quality and they have a no return policy that is not clearly stated anywhere while making an order. You have no recourse once you receive the merchandise and find that the quality is horrible. It’s a cheap metal that bends way too easily and looks like Party City costume jewelry in real life. Don’t waist your money, especially when you cannot return within any window.

when I bought it promo was buy one get one free. I only received one ear. Not sure what happened. The quality is very flimsy for the price $45. I see not they slashed it to $35. I was very disappointed when i received it. The part that go into the ear is very easy to bend and looks like it will fade over time, quicker if get wet. Tt's really just over priced cheap costume jewelry the kind of quality you get at H&M or Clair's. You just paying way more for a concept. Not worth the price.

I hope my litle meesage reaches the masses. The Oreylo product is so cheap and poorly made. And all sales are final. I stupidly bought two. I will GIVE them to whomever wants them. What a disappoint this product turned out to be. I opened one and tried to wear it but no matter how I put it in my ear, it makes my lobe turn up. The end that actually goes into your ear is so flimsy that I am sure it would break after a few months of wear. It makes me wonder if there is even any metal in this poorly constructed product. ISO quality standards would have saved a lot of customer heartache. I bought these to help hold my hearing aides in place. I have one opened and one upopened box. You can HAVE them both. I'd been better off tithing that money to church and using a piece of colorful duct tape. What a waste. Save your money. SMDH

BEWARE! They have a very poor return policy. Refused to take back 2 earrings that did not fit right and that my daughter didn’t like. I do not recommend buying from them.
