We received two left earrings for one of our orders. How would I go about getting that corrected?

One of the earrings arrived bent (I was able to bend it back pretty easily), but other than that it was reasonably fast shipping and all the pieces look good.

Ear jewelry is beautiful. But it was disappointing that many arrived with the posts bent in the bag. Need bigger bags? Thankfully, able to fix them easily. Gift cushion in box was not as pictured, but OK. Also, instead of having the "mystery" earring and THEN going to a screen where you could pick-out another earring, I would have much rather bypassed the "mystery" and just picked out another earring at a discounted price.

Update : I have given a bad review previously because it was a real hassle with the terrible courier like Evri that no self respecting business should really use. Today (14/01/2026) by some miracle I have received all my earrings and I am quite happy with them so thanks Oreylo but please never use Evri as they are giving your business a bad reputation. Thanks Previous review: Disgusting scammers, had taken my money and never delivered and no response from the non-existing customer service. I had to file with my bank to get the money back so please avoid like plague!

We got everything we ordered in a reasonable amount of time. The best part was is that my wife was very excited for a couple of extra pieces that I ordered. It would be nice if you would add a peacock to your collection.

The design of jewellery is good but a little expensive for the items

I finally received my order after some confusing and incorrect “your order has arrived”notifications. Honestly, I love them. They sit well on my ears with a few adjustments. Other reviews are correct about the posts, they do feel quite delicate. I’m not sure how well they’ll hold up to daily use, but I’m going to try. I plan to save one (dragon) just for the Ren fares. Orelyo does provide good info about how to properly care for them. Overall, I would give the product 5 stars, but I’m taking off a star because of the issues and confusion with shipping and the delicate posts, but even with those call outs, I would buy them again in the future.
