とても綺麗で気に入りました。耳が大きいのでギリギリのサイズ感ですがそれは仕方ないと思っています。やはり海外ですから届くのが長くなってしまうのは我慢しなければならないですが、しっかり包んでいただけていたので良かったと思います。

Excellent customer service. Very friendly and swapped an item in my order before dispatch..sadly the earrings are cheap quality. Not as gold as pictured, more a light yellow/brass. Two of the four I received had a very bent pin, which makes me wonder if somebody had already worn them. None of them looked particularly nice on my ears so I think this was an expensive mistake 😭

Since seeing this review the company has kindly agreed to a refund. The site does say one size fits all which it clearly doesn’t, hence I’m leaving this review in case it’s of use to anybody else. So after deliberating for a long time since these aren’t cheap I decided to go for it. Ordering process was easy and although they took a little longer than expected to arrive, I was over the moon when they did turn up. Then I opened a box and went to try one on. Not even close to being long enough to fit my ears. I checked all five that I ordered and they’re all the same length. At no point did any of them go in my ear - they don’t reach the hole for my piercing. I don’t have little ears but they’re not over large either. I do feel the length should be published online because that would be very helpful. I really really wish they were longer because they’re beautiful!

I don't have a problem with the product but it was using Evri as the delivery partner. They must be the worst courier as they didn't deliver to me for days saying they "missed me". As I have CCTV they made no attempt to deliver at all. It was only when I raised a number of complaints that I final got the delivery - such a shame my buying experience was marred by this. Won't buy again as Evri is used.

Beware! This company is not trustworthy. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and still haven't received it, despite being promised a 24-hour dispatch. They blocked me when I left a comment about my order on their Instagram page. UPD. I got my parcel. Peaces are thin and light. They're okay but not worth the price
