I ordered a gift basket for my daughter and son-in-law on 7/30/23. The gift basket was never shipped or received. Since then, the website has been closed for maintenance for the past 3 weeks. And every time I call I only get a voicemail and never a return phone call. I'll be notifying my credit card company.

Ordered gift baskets for my moms…
Ordered gift baskets for my moms birthday… which has since passed. I have not received any email updates. I’ve called & left messages. No answer, no call backs. Their website is “down for maintenance” and has been for weeks. Which is weird since it was perfectly fine to accept payments and now nothing. Very upset with this experience and will hopefully at least get my order cancelled and refunded eventually. Edit 9/21: still haven’t gotten any answer or reply. Filed with the BBB, dept of consumer affairs, etc. nothing.

Buyer Beware…Oregon Maiden Gift Baskets is Inept, Uncaring, & Corrupt!
Oregon Maiden is an inept and corrupt company…BUYER BEWARE!
I placed a Christmas gift basket order on Dec 18 and tried following up to get shipping info the entire following week. I received NO communication…finally on Dec 24 an email that they wouldn’t be shipping my family’s gift until after Christmas. What!? Horrible, horrible experience.

We do keep records of shipping issues & alert's posted each season for insurance purposes. Our ordering cut off date would have been Friday, Dec 16th...this review refers to an order placed on Sunday, Dec 18th... Additionally, a severe ice storm froze the Willamette Valley and the following advisory was sent out on Dec. 22nd to all existing customers and is still posted on our customer service page:
"WHERE'S MY PACKAGE?
Locally, a severe ice storm had third party shippers decide, without notice, to stop taking packages sometime before 4 pm on Thursday, Dec. 22 nd which meant our daily UPS drop of gifts containing perishable cheeses went nowhere.
On Friday Dec 23rd, when the entire Willamette Valley was encapsulated in ice & immobilized, we skated into the shop & tried to drop off packages at local US Post Office back dock only to learn no trucks would be coming or going!
Nationwide we are seeing no movement & 5 day delays even in the western states.
We will be cautiously releasing packages beginning Monday, December 26th. All orders will be packed fresh. Please remember we deal largely in perishable cheeses and are not willing to send off parcels into the chaotic abyss that is currently third party shipping just so we can tell our customers, "Well, we shipped it..." Food safety, your recipient's safety, is our first priority!"
