2 out of 3 bottles of Shades EQ were no good. I had them for a few weeks before I opened them to use and two of the bottles were a deep red color (6N and 9GI). This didn't seem right to me, so I reached out to customer service and no one replied. Did a little research and it seems they're "oxidized" and I shouldn't use them. So I'm out 40 bucks.

I use to order from this co quite a bit until I had to stop working so I decided to go the site a few days before Christmas to order my family some things but they were out of everything so I decided to look at a few things and select some favs , then I tried to go back on a few days after Christmas come to find out my account was suspended for no reason, I tried to email to find out why but you can't even send emails to find out any information so I am looking for another rite to order from does any one have any ideas.www.pw6567747 at g mail dot com

Showed item in stock and was ready to ship. I contacted company, item in fact washer in stock and wasn’t shipped.

I never received my order it’s about to be a month now.

I ordered the cream with orange cover and instead I was sent the one with white cover 🙃

I'm livid to say the least. Placed a larger order just under $100.00. Paid for the order, and was told order would be mailed in a timely manner, however it wasn't, and I received an email with what was supposed to be a tracking number. Well the Post office never received the order. I emailed the company and asked what was going on with my order, I was emailed the next day and was told my order would be sent and I would receive in 3 days. I did finally receive an order that was 2 items short, and sent the company of what was received and an email that I will be disputing the charge. I will never ever place an order with this company again. I placed this order on 10/04/23 and still is not resolved almost 3 weeks later.

Received expired products! SMH

Wrong order sent and it still has not been corrected
