I used this service a couple months ago with success. It appears now they are out of business even though they took my money. I was suppose to have received my translation in a day however it has now been a week. I emailed them three days ago without a response. I called them today without a response.

La experiencia nefasta. Me han timado. He pagado para que me traduzcan 2 paginas y 2 días después sigo si recibir nada. No responden por teléfono, no responden a los emails. He iniciado una disputa con mi banco a ver si puedo recuperar el dinero. Ojito con esta empresa que me parece que las reseñas buenas son todas falsas.

No communication from the company over email and no one picks up the phone number provided. My order (order number: 26558) never got fulfilled. I have not requested them for refund, let’s see if anyone responds now. Please run away and don’t waste your time and money.

This service appears to be a scam. I have not received any translated documents, and nobody has responded to my phone calls or emails. I strongly advise staying away from this company

They promptly replied, reaffirming that I would receive it shortly on the same day. However, as time slipped by, I found myself waiting in vain. Hours turned into a frustrating wait with no sight of the promised translation. To say that I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I do not take to online reviews to vent frustration lightly, but the abysmal experience I've had compels me to share it. This is not a smear campaign by a competitor, nor is it an attempt to unjustly tarnish their reputation. My intention is solely to alert others about Orbit Translations's unreliable service. They not only failed to meet their own promised deadline but also left me stranded with an unfulfilled requirement. Steer clear of this company if promptness and reliability are what you seek.

I used Orbit translation 2 years ago to translate a bank statement and everything went smoothly, so when i needed a similar service I didn't hesitate to use them again. However this time I have heard absolutely nothing since placing the order 8 days ago, despite sending several emails (to both support & info addresses) and calling their hotline. It's really frustrating as their service states they will provide the documents within 24 hours and as I cannot wait i've had to use another service provider in the meantime.

Orbit Translation is unequivocally a scam! They debited $98.00 from my account on February 20, 2024, yet as of March 21st, I have received nothing in return. Despite numerous emails sent, there has been a complete lack of response from their end. I don't know how I am going to get a refund

Fake company. Everything good until you pay, then they just diapered. Customer services does not exist, chat always away and the email support never responded PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
