Mislead in the planning process, when tough it's on writing
Talked numerous times with Penny. She planned a trip for us to Italy. We stressed business class airfare in our conversations. I was leary of this but we decided to book. All the emails showed business class airfares. When we booked she said it was basic economy and the quoted airfare was a mistake on her part. She said business class would be much more to book. I read online they uncharge during the booking process. We didn't book. Go elsewhere!
