We offer 14 days free product return for orders over $55, your order was cheaper than $55 and you cannot have this service, as stated in the notice at the top of the store on each page on top banner. But beyond that, customer service offered to refund your payment, offered to send you a product again and return 50% of the payment and keep the received product for free. Your order had to be sent from our warehouse, which is used for international orders, which is located in China. This happened because in our warehouses in the USA this product was not in stock, all this was done so that your order would arrive on time.
