Hi Lisa, We feel sorry for this situation, but we are a New York company and we make deliveries from New York. We are spread across the US with our warehouses and we ship from New York, Florida, California, New Jersey and several other locations. But we also make deliveries from our warehouses in Spain, Lisbon and Hamburg, which are for the European region. as well as China for international deliveries. The product you ordered was out of stock in our warehouses in the United States of America, and we shipped it from the international warehouse. You made the purchase on 10.27.22 and you received the order on 11.11, and if you count all the days, you received the product for 11 working days. You contacted our agents yesterday and asked to return the product, the return deadline is 14 days after you accept the product and you have exceeded this deadline. We have sent you the tracking number and you have access. But we cannot return used products. Our agents have answered all your questions, and they have also sent you the tracking link, we believe that you have the answer to all that you have highlighted. Hi Denise, We have sent them in separate packages, all this costs us more as a company, and we do this service so that all products arrive in good shape and do not arrive damaged. The products you ordered are large and we sent them in separate packages because if they are placed one on top of the other, the product inside may be damaged during transportation. This is the reason why we have sent your packages separately, since your complaint in the email was why they were not sent in one package. Thanks for the rating.

Hi Julie, We have done the best for you by sending you 2 cat collars to your address, the first one that arrived you said it didn't work even though it worked and we didn't ask you to return the product, but we sent you a new one . You didn't lose your money and you didn't ask for a refund, we sent you the second product for free and you got 2 products with only one payment. We hope your cat is healthy and well. Hello Michelle, We really feel so sorry for this inconvenience, even though we already sent to you 6 pieces and not only 2 pieces, even though you ordered only 4 pieces. You already received 2 pieces and will receive other 4 pieces within a few days during this week, so we sent 2 of them for totally free while you paid just for 4 of them We would really appreciate if you can update this review once you receive the complete order Best regards
