Hello my name is Krystal I just started my online boutique LovelyRoze I’m super excited thanks to jerica Garcia for helping me out your amazing I appreciate your work!

I've been very happy with the prompt service I have been provided. The vendor sent an incorrect color and Cecilia from customer service quickly resolved the issue.

Lisbeth was awesome help!! She helped me in any way that I needed. She found out the info I was inquiring about & also got back with me in a timely manner.

I placed a wrong size order. Two days later I realized my mistake and reached out to see if it could be changed before shipping. Lisbeth was very prompt in responding to my dilemma and was able to get in touch with the manufacturer and get the correct sizes ordered before the wrong order was shipped. I appreciated her promptness and her ability to understand my concern. She made my day!!

Jerica was very helpful and got the answers very quickly to my issue... no long waiting period.... very efficient and courteous.
