Hello, It appears you have mistaken us for another company. You explicitly named the company involved as "Orange Sunshine LLC" and stated the service was for a "1-second photo fix." We are OrangeShine, a wholesale clothing marketplace based in Los Angeles, California. We do not offer photo fixing services. To clarify our business practices and help you identify the correct entity to dispute this with: No Subscriptions: It is free to join our platform. We do not offer subscriptions or set up hidden recurring charges. Every transaction must be authorized by the customer. PayPal Invoice Basis: While we accept PayPal as a payment method for wholesale orders, we never initiate automatic recurring transfers. We send an invoice for an order, and the buyer must manually submit payment for that specific amount. Currency: We do not work based on Pounds (£). If you have transaction details that you believe truly link to us, please provide them so we can investigate fully.

Hello, It appears you have left this review for the wrong business. We are not an AI company, nor do we offer photo editing or image manipulation services. We are an e-commerce wholesale marketplace for fashion, home decor, and more. Our platform does not charge any fees to join, and we do not offer or process recurring subscriptions. Since this unauthorized charge is from an unrelated business, we kindly ask that you remove this review, as it unfairly impacts our business’s reputation. We recommend checking your bank or payment statement to identify the correct company and dispute the charge directly with them.
