I bought these hoping for good insoles but they have not lived up to the hype, could be just me but I would not recommend these, they are expensive but it for me. I will say that they do have the money back guarantee and I have reached out for that.

It's not true to size I have a tenant half shoe order for 10 and a 1/2 and they were too short

Great insole, however don't last very long before they thin out.

Great insole in the way it helped my back tremendously, feels like im wearing athletic shoes every were fantastic but i had them about a year to year and a half and they are almost trashed, missing foam or squished down so much were my feet touch, so i had to order 2 more pairs

Ordering was easy and the product itself fit as expected. Would've been 5 stars, but although the shipping was pretty expedient, I did not receive a shipping notification of my order, so it came as a surprise when it showed at my door. A minor detail, and perhaps a fault of many things, but I thought it worth mentioning. Overall, the product is great, the shipping was fast, and I would personally order more from this company again. In reply to Orange Insoles: I understand and by no means is such a trifle matter the worst thing to happen to me. I appreciate the reply, as well as the extra cost y'all put forward for the sake of the customer. Thank you and God bless!
