The shipping was ridiculous to Canada
The shipping was ridiculous to Canada. Tried to cancel the order within 24hrs of purchase. Received a lame reply. Cannot cancel once received by warehouse. Now it’s been 2 months later and ups keep trying to deliver the product. I cannot cancel and receive a refund until it’s been shipped back to the company. Absolutely ridiculous process. Only cost the company money because someone was to lazy or stupid to put better policies in place. The GM should resign.

I read your review, and I would like to help you. I just issued you a refund for your total purchase. You should receive a confirmation of the refund shortly. I am sorry that the order was shipped to you before you canceled the order. We don't yet have a way to recall a shipped package. I agree with you that the shipping rates to Canada are ridiculous. We have temporarily stopped shipping products to Canada until we can find a way to get products there at a reasonable price. I appreciate your feedback.
