No clear instructions on anything, they will hype you up, you will win a few but the losses are far more. It doesn't effect the instructors because they have a massive account but when you are like me strarting with a small account every loss matters. You won't win all of them or even catch all of them for that matter but after looking at my pnl for the week it wasn't worth it at all. Most importantly the customer service is garbage, and not eve. Worth spitting on. If you want to cancel and he can't convince you to stay, then he, the customer success manager, that I dealt with, will try to make you feel like you are an idiot. I was actually looking to add the QQQ subscription from Voss this Friday but I am thankful I didn't waste my money or I would have been sick to my stomach. There are other services out there that are fraction of the cost like the trading analyst which is amazing, full port university which is 90$ a month, with amazing instructors that aren't rude or make you feel like an idiot just because you are a beginner. I personally switched to trading the trend, they had a great September with 86% win rate and their top trade being 792%. But most importantly, the customer service, the education and the cost. I hope this helps please save yourself and don't lose money with this awful company.

The service is absolutely f***ing trash, and the customer success team is even worse. I signed up for their trade-to-close joke where they offer bombshell, fuse, and swingshot, and almost every time you lose money on the bombshell and fuse. The trainers do not explain shit, and when I called customer service to cancel, rather than trying to calm me down and make me stay, they had the balls to say, "Oh, it's like you ordered steak and fries, but you only ate the fries," pretty much telling me I didn't make any attempts to do anything from my end. Even on the live, everything is super unclear; you have to lose money to find out that they had a learning section, which the trainers didn't even bother explaining so I could watch that. The worst is their customer service; if they actually knew how to de-escalate, I would have probably given it another shot. I had 3 different services with them, and because of how their customer success team handled my situation and concern, I ended all my subscriptions, and to put the cherry on top, the customer "success" team was just itching to get me off the phone. As long as you are looking to sign up for a service, they will treat you well, but as soon as you have concerns and you are mad and ready to cancel, they treat you like shit. I will never recommend this service to anyone; you will lose money and feel like shit to the fullest. This is to Mark and Olivia Voss, If your customer success team was well trained, then you would be able to retain more customers with the turnovers. If I could give this a 0-star rating, I would.

my experience with option pit has been LIFE CHANGING$$$ and not just the learning of options and how to trade but the personal service!! all of the customer service reps have been very professional and great service phone call backs and very nice people. Mark has created a wonderful educational experience and VOZ is the best!! very smart and talented and both of them truly care about people. I have tried every service out there NONE of them are as educational, successful or affordable as the option pit and Trade to Close. I am in this educational family for LIFE!! I love the programs and the people.

I have nothing but good things to say about Option Pit! I have been a member about 6 months. I think the very best thing that I like is that they make every trade that goes out to me in an alert and they post them all in a portfolio to show the world their results! I don’t think there are many if any companies that do that. Now not all of their recommendations are winners and they don’t make that claim, but there are definitely more winners than losers. And they also teach you how to use their services to be successful. I was definitely a novice in dealing with options. But they have taught me so much since I’ve been with them. And I like all their experts who know so much about option trading. So very helpful! In short, I would say I definitely recommend this company!

I have nothing but respect for you guys. Even though I’m not part of your customer/subscriber base. You guys responded to your subscribers who wasn’t happy about what they signed up for. You have lots of green stars and few red stars. Hopefully those customers can start getting good results and changed their comments to good

I have been a member of Option Pit since 2016 - 10 years. It is the best service I have seen for education on understanding how options really work and how professionals actually trade. I personally subscribe to the Ripzone, Weekly Profit Cycles, Turbo Income and Wiretap services. The trades provided by these services have real edge and a positive track record. Option Pit is highly recommended for anyone who wants to learn how to improve their trading.

I have been a subscriber to Option Pit and Trade to Close for about 2 years. I have subscribed to other services but these 2 are the ones I am sticking with -- esp Trade to Close's (TTC) Game Plan and The Close (yeah I have multi-year subscriptions). Voz on TTC is great at teaching and really seems to care that we are learning the why of what we are doing in a trade. Sometimes we get a bit off topic but IMHO that is what helps build a community feeling - that life is more than red and green candles.

It is an amazing service, where you learn, it is easy to follow, very entertaining. Voz is very smart. She knows her stuff and she is fun to be around.
