By far the best broker I’ve been with
By far the best broker I’ve been with. I’m a long veteran trader for trading about 7+ years with 2.5M AUM. I do wanna say, I had a lot of issues with well known brokers until moving over to Optimus Futures. The whole on boarding process is smooth, depositing around high 5 figures with no issues, and now trading live smooth. Jake my man, calls me for any issues when he sees something going wrong or if anything needs my attention. I usually call him weekly to just catch up and give him good wishes. Thank you again and I truly appreciate it.

Above and Beyond the Call of Duty
I've only dealt with two people: Jake and Marilyn. Both excellent but let me give a shoutout to Jake. He is one of the best techs I've ever dealt with... and that's saying something since I go back to the days when the Ba$tard Operator from Hell was the norm. Jake is patient, professional and very knowledgeable. His instructions are clear, concise and easy to implement, even by a "noobie_trader," It is always a pleasure to deal with him. In fact, I look forward to it, though I don't get much chance since he usually resolves an issue without any need for clarification or follow-up. So it's kinda nice to get a chance to show my appreciation.

Thank you so much for this fantastic review—and the smile it brought! 😄 We truly appreciate the kind words about your experience and are glad to hear that Jake and Marilyn made a strong impression. It’s clear you know a thing or two about support teams, so your praise carries extra weight! Jake is a standout—patient, sharp, and always committed to giving clear and effective guidance, especially to those just getting started. We’re lucky to have him on our team, and your recognition means the world. 🙌 We’re here whenever you need us, even if Jake solves things a little "too quickly"! Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience. 🤝✨ Best, Optimus Futures www.optimusfutures.com
