Optimus has a reputation for excellent customer service and they have have exceeded my expectations. Their prompt responses to questions as well as assistance in making things happen quickly and efficiently has made the entire experience a very positive. I highly recommend them.

Great customer services and speed. Top service
Speed and customer service are just another level, for example compared to AMP. For every step you make with your onboarding, Optimus Futures sends you an update, either via automated messages or representatives and if something needs to be addressed, they do it promptly, unlike AMP who disappeared in the process and I had to chase them via their website. It took me 5 min to set them up to my trading platform and I am all set. Highly recommended!
