Bought a item (that didnt show it was out of stock) but it was. Had a wait time of longer than I wanted. But once they realized the items wasn't going to be sent out anytime soon. They gave refund quickly. Only bad experience I had is that the website doesn't show a item is out of stock. Other than that, staff was helpful and friendly. I would say that if the pandemic wasnt going on . I think they would be great place to buy from

Site said something was in stock, allowed me to buy it, then a few days later told me they didn't have it and refunded my money. A GIANT waste of time, leaving me without a PC for days; when I could have just ordered from a different vendor. Other stores show "out of stock" when they don't have something ready to ship. I guarantee I'll never be going back to this site after this experience. When I need a part, I need to know that the money I'm laying down will actually secure what I need. "Here's some money, go see if you can find this for me" is not an experience I'm interested in.

Hi Matthew, we apologize you had to go through this. We are trying to fill all orders for everyone during this pandemic. 99% of companies dont have the requested parts right now due to shortages worldwide. We have this to put into backorder to ensure that we can eventually get parts out there. And to go to your first statement "A few days later." You purchased your product on May 13th which we refunded on May 14th with no delay. We are secure as can be in times like these. We are sorry you feel like your money wasnt secure. But we did not hold your funds at all and it was indeed returned a single day after you placed your order.
