I have mild sleep apnea and brain fog. I bought the book, and I am following the 14 day plan, which I printed out. I’m also following the deep breathing before bed exercises, which really knocks me out. Currently I’m on my 7th day and I do feel better. I also exercise and eat healthy meals. I highly recommend Dr Petkus’s book!

At Last a solution to what I thought was permanent CPAP
I am on the programme and have managed to stay off of my CPAP which was my main goal - I still have a way to go as there is a lot to learn and implement but I'm confident that the changes will provide me with results. I have tried many things and listened to many hacks of how easy it is to overcome sleep apnea but the reality is it takes a lot of work and time and I've found being on the programme with Dr Dylan and his team has been extremely beneficial. So far I am reaping benefits - I'm surprised at some of the negative reviews on this platform as at no point do I get the feeling that this team are interested in anything other than your wellbeing and improvement in your life - they are committed and always "have your back" and are easy to get a hold of to answer any questions. Yes its expensive, but what costs are you willing to allocate to improve your health and reduce the risk of significant health events such as heart attacks and strokes which are common in Apnea sufferers!

Unlocking my Potential
I have been working with Optimal Circadian Health for a month now. Before I joined, I was feeling very fatigued, depressed and a little distraught. Since working with Dylan, Molly and Lisa, I feel 50% better. I love that they have a good nature and are very concerned with your well being. They are committed to helping their customers achieve optimal health in every sense. I can not wait to see the person I will be at the end of this program.

It's in the details
Working with Dylan and Molly was fun and educational. They are well informed, kind, and always prepared to answer any questions.
I already knew a lot when I enrolled in their program but I often felt that I was going about things by trial and error. Dylan and Molly really helped me fine tune or change many of my habits so that I could move forward in the right direction in my wellness journey.
Thank you!

Working with Dr.'s Dylan and Molly at Optimal Circadian Health / Conquer Fatigue Alliance
Working with Dr. Dylan and Dr. Molly was really good, and funny...in that Dylan has a good sense of humor which is a nice touch since health and fatigue issues can be well...not so funny. I came into the program with a lot of anger around my entire health situation and I came out with a much calmer outlook and a different way of thinking about a lot of things. I also came out falling asleep much easier due to some of the tools and tips from the program and learned ways to help calm myself and my nervous system in situations unrelated to sleep. What I really liked about the program was the amount of small-group interaction with Dylan and Molly - you had the time and ability to ask whatever questions you needed and they would listen thoughtfully and give you their best guidance. This is unique as compared to other online programs I've done. The program format and materials were organized and efficient - not too much or too little. It's nice to have access to the materials after the program as well so that I can continue to revisit things as I need to and continue my learning. Dylan and Molly genuinely care about their clients and have the ability to always look for the simplest way to deal with things which helps when you've been given so much conflicting advice from doctors or your own research into fatigue and related issues. Although the program is not a doctor-patient relationship as in a traditional health-care system, the fact that they have MD's was a major player in my decision to join. There are just too many "health and mind" coaches out there that literally don't have hardly any qualifications to be helping guide people through anything as complex as long-term fatigue. I enjoyed my time in the program and continue to benefit through the alumni meetings.

I was skeptical that the program would…
I was skeptical that the program would be anything useful or new to me. I had read, researched, and experimented with a lot of health stuff over more than 20 years. I thought I knew it all.
But despite the fact that I thought I knew it all, I was struggling. And I had been struggling for more than a decade. Although I'd found a variety of things that helped me a great deal along my journey - mindfulness, paleo, lots of access to nature - I was still so fatigued that every morning I would start thinking about getting out of bed at least an hour (often 2-3 hours) before actually getting out of bed. It was not that I was lazy. I was just exhausted.
The financial investment was sizable for the Optimal Circadian Health program. I had never invested that much in a program previously. So it was a fairly big leap of faith.
What i can say for sure is that in eight weeks time I went from struggling to get out of bed before 10 am to now getting out of bed an hour before sunrise each day...and feeling good doing it.
I learned a lot of things that I didn't previously know. And they were useful things that helped. So it turns out I didn't already know everything.
I didn't experience an instantaneous miracle cure. But I did get highly valuable guidance that got me on a good path. And I am consistently trending upward in terms of regular health gains.
Was it a worthwhile investment financially? I think it was for me.

I can't afford these services, but I think they are worth it...
I honestly think Dr. Petkus is a genius with finally the right paradigm when it comes to fatigue issues. That paradigm, namely, if I can say this right, is that fatigue is a global meltdown in the function of your mitochondria, the power houses of all your cells that must be, and can be, healed through reinvigorating the metabolism pathway through the mitochondria of sugar, fat, etc. into ATP by optimizing your circadian rhythms so that the perfect amount of melatonin can be produced to heal your mitochondria. (I got that much from the videos in his Facebook group.) Since the life cycle of mitochondria is three weeks, it takes three weeks to a couple of months to see results.
Conventional medicine has no answers, really. Functional medicine is like shooting buckshot at the problem and hoping that something hits. But Dylan Petkus, MD and his wife, Molly McKinney, MD, both had problems with fatigue, so they had to figure it out for themselves, by themselves, to be able to function in the world... and they did.
I wish I could work with them because I've worked with so many others to know that the others didn't have the answer for my fatigue and from what I hear in the logic of Dr. Petkus's videos, they more than likely do.
But it is a lot of money for those of us who haven't been able to work for years and years. I don't think they charge too much at all for the amount of time they give you and the results that they seem to be getting.
I believe it's worth the price. It's just hard because we're used to insurance paying that sort of thing. And insurance doesn't pay for this kind of outside-of-the-box genius.
So, I'm listening to his videos and trying to catch some crumbs as he explains the problem and what doesn't work and why, but understandingly withholds the action steps to take until you are his patient.
So, in short, if you want real help with your fatigue, my money is on Dr. Petkus and Dr. McKinney. I just don't have enough to pay them. :/
